This notice covers AppReels at appreels.pro, provided by CoreByte Studio. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests, or account closure, contact contact@aasimshah.com using the email associated with your account.

Information we process

• Account details such as your name, email address, password hash, or Google sign-in identifier.
• Product listings, website information, uploaded media, prompts, generated copy, saved projects, and video exports.
• Subscription identifiers, plan status, usage counts, and payment-event information supplied by Paddle. Card details are entered through Paddle, rather than stored by AppReels.
• Connection information and account identifiers needed to connect and publish to social platforms you choose.
• Session cookies, browser workspace identifiers, IP addresses, request details, and operational logs used to operate and protect the service.
• Information you send when requesting support.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, save and render projects, generate requested content, publish posts you authorize, enforce plan allowances, maintain billing status, answer support requests, and prevent abuse. Depending on applicable law, these activities rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Providers and sharing

Relevant prompts, product details, and media may be sent to AI providers configured for generation or review. Connected social publishing uses the selected platforms and our publishing integration, currently Late/Zernio. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Paddle independently processes purchase and billing information under its privacy policy. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data needed to run the service. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and applicable safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and retention

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in and browser workspaces. Blocking or clearing them can sign you out or remove your access to an anonymous workspace. Clearing browser storage does not automatically erase server-side projects. We retain account and project data while needed to provide the service, and retain necessary billing, security, and legal records for their applicable purposes. Contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution, and backups may persist until replaced.

Your choices and rights

You can choose what to upload, avoid including sensitive information in prompts, and disconnect social integrations through the relevant provider. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to contact@aasimshah.com; we may need to verify account ownership. AppReels is not intended for children.

Security and updates

We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information, but no online system is risk-free. Do not upload secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information. We update this notice when our practices change and identify the effective date above.
